# How Do I Set Up Buy X Get Y on the Next Order?

> Reward customers for purchasing high-priority products with a valuable reward on their next order to boost sales and drive repeat purchases.

Use the **Buy X and Get Y** campaign to reward customers for purchasing high-priority products while encouraging them to return and shop again. By offering a valuable reward in the next order, you not only boost sales of key items but also drive repeat purchases and build stronger customer loyalty.

## How to Set Up

**1. Open Gameball**

Log in to your Gameball Admin Dashboard.

**2. Add a New Reward Campaign**

Click **Add Reward Campaign**.

**3. Select the Template**

Select the **Buy X and Get Y** template.

**4. Edit the Campaign Setup**

Configure your campaign's audience, rewards, and other settings.

**5. Set Live**

Click **Set Live** to activate your campaign.

## Campaign Trigger

The campaign trigger is configured as follows:

1. **Action:** Place Order
2. **Times:** 1 *(Number of orders required with this condition)*
3. **Rule:** Add the **Product ID** to the trigger to specify which product you ask them to purchase.

**Reward:**

* The customer gets **Y product** as a coupon.
* The reward value can be adjusted from the campaign.

## How It Works for Customers

**1. Customer Places an Order**

A customer **places an order** that includes the configured product/s.

**2. Reward is Triggered**

Gameball automatically triggers the reward as a coupon used on the next order.

**3. Reward Notification**

> While this is a Buy X Get Y campaign, the **Y item is delivered as a coupon** that the customer can redeem in their next order.
